Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully repackage the ceiling tiles or installation materials in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
